The historical center of Rimini and the Borgo San Giuliano area , where Federico Fellini grew up, are the theatre in which the participants go through an extraordinary experience.
The traditional characters, the authentic and popular places of the city that left important impressions to the “genius” of Rimini, recover through the most famous cast of Fellini’s movies.
The participants are involved in an atmosphere which normally remains hidden to the tourist eye.
Different exiting involving scenes from Fellini’s films are proposed:
Arch of August /Arco d’Augusto: Paparazzi and Anita
The ancient entrance of the city was protected by a wall with a Roman arch.
The Paparazzi run after Anita and create unlikely and comic positions. Anita makes you relive sensual emotions in the fountain… in the heart of the city. (from the film “La Dolce Vita”)
The action: the creative shoot
The participants become the main characters of the photo shoot; they receive suggestions about the situation to represent and to find an original pose.
3 Martiri Square/Piazza Tre Martiri: La Gradisca and the lawyer Scarabuzzi
It’s the ancient Foro Romano with the clock tower and the small octagonal temple of S. Antonio.
Gradisca, accompanied by the lawyer Scarabuzzi, entice the male participants and with courtesy tries to receive their compliments.

The lawyer, curious and nosy, makes some questions regarding Rimini.
Cavour Square/Piazza Cavour: The White Sheik and Wanda
The square of the municipality, in the heart of Rimini.
Wanda, small and dreamy, wishes to know the “white sheik”, who is the main hero of her preferred photo novel. The “white sheik” casts an enchanting glance from the position above his swing...
The old fish market/La Vecchia Pescheria : The trumpet, Ginger and Fred and the corner of the painter
The old fish market is one of the most picturesque and characteristic places of the city, with little medieval squares, roman alleys and marble counters from 16Th century.
A trumpet plays a well known songs while Ginger and Fred, romantic and a little deranged, animate the fish market with a tip-tap ballet.
The painter works inspired by Fellini and he gives a portrait of Federico Fellini to every participant .
Action: Fellini painting
The participants are involved in a color game: through the technique of action painting, they work to recreate a scene of Fellini’s imagination on a canvas, fixed at the arches of the old fish market.
The Theater Fulgor/Il Cinema Fulgor: Gelsomina and Zampanò
The theater where the young Federico went as often as possible is situated along an ancient roman street of Rimini, “il Corso”.
The theater is dedicated to Gelsomina in honor to Giulietta Masina, Federico’s wife

The artists involve the participants in funny interactions of juggling.
The bridge of Tiberio -/Il Ponte di Tiberio: I Vitelloni – The film set
This beautiful roman bridge is one of the ancient entry to the city. It all along divides the downtown from the area of artists and outsiders, the Borgo distrect, better known as “E’ Borgh”.

Here there are the alleys and streets where Fellini spent his childhood and then he recreated in Amarcord. Cabiria and her girl friends "lovers of men", together with the madman and the rascal of the district, receive all the guests in the historical E’ Borgh with a pinch of irreverence and amusement…”.
